If you are more then 15 minutes late we reserve the right to cancel the appointment with the loss of your deposit.

A £35 deposit must be made upon booking an appointment. This is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to charge a late cancellation fee of £50.

To cover the associated costs a 2% charge will be applied when appointments are made using a credit card.
